Customer Service Lacking
The anklet was a gift and ended up being too large. Sent 2 emails to inquire about a refund before finally receiving ok to send back. I sent back requesting refund. Package was delivered on 8/9. No refund to date.

We have resent the information to you as our messages are occasionally rerouted to spam or promotions folders. The e-Gift card never expires and can be used on any piece from our website.
