Clients can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All return/exchange shipping costs including customs and duties are covered by the client.
Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original condition. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process. Custom orders (engravables) are final sale.
We will gladly re-make your item or send you a gift card for the refund amount to put towards a future purchase within the 14 day return/exchange window. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your return upon receipt. Approximate time to craft your new piece is 5-7 days on average.
Any discount codes used for the original order are applicable to their exchange order; you will get a code for the same discount amount. Your new discount code and e-gift card will never expire. You are able to enter BOTH the e-gift card and discount code during check out; both will be accepted.
