How do I measure my finger?

Many people know their finger size, and also of course you have the option to wear a ring on 10 fingers and 10 toes!

But if you want to wear a ring on a specific finger and don’t know the size, here are the things you will need:

- Ruler

- Thin strip of paper

Cut a thin strip of paper (about 1/8” x 6”)

Wrap the paper around your finger. Make sure the paper is below the joint of your finger and close to your knuckle.

Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with your ruler.

Use the following chart to determine your ring size.

Size 5: 1 15/16 inches
Size 6: 2 1/16 inches
Size 7: 2 1/8 inches
Size 8: 2 1/4 inches
Size 9: 2 5/16 inches
Size 10: 2 7/16 inches

Can I add a different or additional charm to my ring?

At this time rings are only available as shown.

Ring charms have been specifically selected by Lizzy based on size and weight to ensure comfort.

The ring size I want is not listed. Can you make it for me?

At this time, only ring sizes listed are available.

Does my ring come in a box?

Yes!

Ring Exchange Policy:

We will gladly exchange your ring for your within 7 days of the date your item was
delivered. During Christmas and holiday season we also allow exchanges after the holiday period - up to Jan 5.
Before sending your return to us, please:

1. Contact us via email at customerservice@lizzyjames.com for an Exchange RMA. In your email, please include your order number/receipt and what you would like in exchange.

2. Pay $6 which covers the cost of shipping your exchange back to you. You may pay using one of these two options.

Fee Payment Option 1 - If you have a Paypal account, you can send funds to our account: lizzy@lizzyjames.com. Please let us know after you do so.

Fee Payment Option 2 - If you do not have a Paypal account, please email us your payment information or call us with your credit card information (M-F 9-5 PST).

If you choose option 1 INCLUDE a printout of your payment together with your RMA to us.

As soon as we receive your return our artisans will craft your replacement jewelry.
