I’ve only wore it a few times I work in a gym, teach fitness classes. The leather has faded quickly (because I tend to sweat a lot) wouldn’t recommend it 😕

As mentioned on our website and care instructions, we do not advise exposing our bracelets and necklaces to moisture, as it damages both the leather and the coating on our silver plate. Just as you would not wear your leather shoes in the rain, avoiding moisture with your Lizzy James piece will ensure that it stays beautiful for years to come.

Our client satisfaction promise is simple: if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will replace the item at no charge, exchange it for something different, issue you a gift card for a future purchase, or send you a refund.
Clients can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All return/exchange shipping costs including customs and duties are covered by the client.
Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original condition. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process. Custom orders (engravables) are final sale.
We will gladly re-make your item or send you a gift card for the refund amount to put towards a future purchase within the 14 day return/exchange window. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your return upon receipt. Approximate time to craft your new piece is 5-7 days on average.
Any discount codes used for the original order are applicable to their exchange order; you will get a code for the same discount amount. Your new discount code and e-gift card will never expire. You are able to enter BOTH the e-gift card and discount code during check out; both will be accepted. Your new pieces will be produced in approximately 5 to 7 days from when the exchange order is placed.
