Rose quartz is a natural variety of quartz loved for its soft pink color, which can range from very pale blush to deeper rosy tones.
Because these arenatural gemstones, each bead may vary slightly in color, translucency, pattern, and surface. These subtle differences aren't flaws — they're part of the natural character of the stone and mean no two Amelie bracelets will look exactly alike.
The matte and polished finishes also interact with the stone differently: the matte 10mm beads have a softer, almost frosted appearance, while the polished 8mm beads reveal more of rose quartz's natural translucency and luster.

Because this is a stretch bracelet, it is designed to slip comfortably over the hand and sit easily around the wrist.

Amelie is not waterproof. Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, household cleaners, and other chemicals. Repeated exposure to moisture can also weaken the stretch material over time.
When putting your bracelet on or taking it off, gentlyroll it over your hand rather than pulling or overstretching it. This will help protect the elastic and extend the life of your bracelet.
After wearing, gently wipe the gemstones with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Store Amelie in a soft pouch or separate jewelry compartment in a cool, dry place, away from harder jewelry that could scratch the stones.

Clients can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All return/exchange shipping costs including customs and duties are covered by the client.
Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original condition. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process. Custom orders (engravables) are final sale.
We will gladly re-make your item or send you a gift card for the refund amount to put towards a future purchase within the 14 day return/exchange window. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your return upon receipt. Approximate time to craft your new piece is 5-7 days on average.
Any discount codes used for the original order are applicable to their exchange order; you will get a code for the same discount amount. Your new discount code and e-gift card will never expire. You are able to enter BOTH the e-gift card and discount code during check out; both will be accepted. Your new pieces will be produced in approximately 5 to 7 days from when the exchange order is placed.
