Freshwater pearls are created inside freshwater mollusks, and unlike manufactured beads,nature doesn't make them perfectly identical.
You may notice subtle differences in color, shape, size, luster, or surface from one pearl to another. Small dimples, growth marks, organic shapes, and other surface variations are natural characteristics of genuine freshwater pearls — not defects.
We think that's part of their beauty. These little differences give your Roselle Necklace its character and mean your strand will be uniquely yours.

Pearls are beautiful natural gems, but they do require a little extra care.
Roselle is not waterproof. Remove your necklace before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Avoid exposing the pearls and silver-plated components to water, perfumes, hairspray, lotions, household cleaners, and other chemicals.
As a good rule of thumb, make your pearls thelast thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
After wearing, gently wipe your necklace with a clean, soft, dry cloth to remove oils or residue.
For storage, keep Roselle in asoft pouch or separate jewelry compartment, away from harder jewelry that could scratch the pearls. Store it in a cool, dry place and avoid airtight plastic storage for extended periods. It's also best to lay a pearl strand flat rather than hanging it for long periods, which can place unnecessary stress on the stringing material.
With a little care, your pearls can remain beautiful for years to come.

Our client satisfaction promise is simple: if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will replace the item at no charge, exchange it for something different, issue you a gift card for a future purchase, or send you a refund.
Clients can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All return/exchange shipping costs including customs and duties are covered by the client.
Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original condition. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process. Custom orders (engravables) are final sale.
We will gladly re-make your item or send you a gift card for the refund amount to put towards a future purchase within the 14 day return/exchange window. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your return upon receipt. Approximate time to craft your new piece is 5-7 days on average.
Any discount codes used for the original order are applicable to their exchange order; you will get a code for the same discount amount. Your new discount code and e-gift card will never expire. You are able to enter BOTH the e-gift card and discount code during check out; both will be accepted. Your new pieces will be produced in approximately 5 to 7 days from when the exchange order is placed.
