With a string, ribbon or tape please measure snug without slack - directly above your wrist bone (on the wrist you are going to wear it on) - to determine your size wrist.
(please measure your wrist, not another bracelet.) This measurement allows us to create a bracelet with slack in it, so that it comfortably fits your wrist loosely and dangles.
Several sizes may fit one person, depending on how you like to wear it. Some women like it tighter (like a cuff), but most prefer it looser (like a bangle).
If for some reason your wrap bracelet arrives and is a bit loose you can try tying a knot into the leather at one or both ends of the strands.
- Measure your ankle where you want your anklet to lay. You can round 'up' to the nearest size for comfort, (ornot if you want a snug fit).
- Measure your neck where you want your Choker to lay. You can round 'up' to the nearest size for comfort.

Our Lizzy Classic wrap bracelets are intentionally designed to have arelaxed, bangle-style drape rather than fitting tightly against the wrist.
If you prefer a more snug, close-to-the-wrist fit, we recommend selectingone size smaller.

The Lizzy Classic isnot waterproof. Remove your wrap before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and household chemicals, which can affect the leather and silver-plated finish.
After wearing, gently wipe the metal components with a soft, dry cloth. Store your bracelet in a cool, dry place, preferably in a soft pouch or separate jewelry compartment.
Because genuine leather is a natural material, subtle variations in color and texture are expected and part of what makes each piece unique.

Our client satisfaction promise is simple: if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will replace the item at no charge, exchange it for something different, issue you a gift card for a future purchase, or send you a refund.
Clients can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All return/exchange shipping costs including customs and duties are covered by the client.
Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original condition. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process. Custom orders (engravables) are final sale.
We will gladly re-make your item or send you a gift card for the refund amount to put towards a future purchase within the 14 day return/exchange window. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your return upon receipt. Approximate time to craft your new piece is 5-7 days on average.
Any discount codes used for the original order are applicable to their exchange order; you will get a code for the same discount amount. Your new discount code and e-gift card will never expire. You are able to enter BOTH the e-gift card and discount code during check out; both will be accepted. Your new pieces will be produced in approximately 5 to 7 days from when the exchange order is placed.
